I purchased 8 Humvees from a Government Auction in August of 2020.
This is not in running condition. I just received the paperwork yesterday. It takes about one year for paperwork when buying these from Iron Planet or the government because of the Covid back log. See the pics for condition. This is a very low mileage vehicle but it is not 100% complete. The military chose to remove parts from perfect low mileage vehicles to service the fleet that was in use at the time. Parts are readily available. I will not be able to answer most questions about what it may need to get it into driveable condition. I am not familiar with the registration process in your state but the buyer will receive a certificate to obtain title as shown in the pics. I will assist in helping you load at pick up.
