Adorable Bird Bath with Large Cat, Butterfly & Bird, 12" high, plaster?

Adorable bird bath, 12" in height.  Shows orange tabby cat around an ornate bird bath.  Butterfly in top rim and blue bird inside bowl.  Excellent condition.  No chips or cracks noticed.  Unsure if its plaster or resin.  It has been inside since purchased.  From the Kathy Hatch Collection.
