    This is a very beautiful piece with no chips or cracks. There is some surface wear and build up bu8t as seen is a beautiful looking piece. This is a breakaway rim and is jagged and is supposed to be this way and is  very common and is not damage. The piese is embossed on the bottom of the piece. This is also designed to rest you quills on the top. There is a nice soft texture to the glass and many very beautiful air bubbles in the glass. A great piece to add to your collection....
