Cast Stone Fireplace Mantle – Authentic Rustic Old World Mantel - Limestone
This ‘Custom’ mantle is an authentic Old World fireplace design.
Every detail was taken into consideration when we designed this mantle.
We took great care to hand ‘Age’ the texture and color.
It has a large upper beam section that is 72” wide x by 18” deep with massive thick profile top shelf!
The upper beam is made in 1 single section and this makes it easy to install.
It has simple lines and goes with any decor (timeless).
Proprietary Light Weight Design that is 5 times stronger than solid cast stone products.
Our material is design to be ‘NON COMBUSTIBLE’ and resist heat.
It is made from high quality cast stone mixture that is called GFRC (glass fiber Reinforced Concrete). Our mantle construction is different than any other product on the market.
We do not use small fiber strands, but a ‘full fiber net’ with stainless steel reinforcement rods.
The surface looks like stone.
It can be stained for other natural stone looks (Rustic Old World, Tuscan and Mediterranean).
Size: Overall Width:   72" wide (we have 75” and 80” wide too)
Wide Legs:                 9” wide x 44” tall (other design option available)
Overall Height:           60.5" tall (legs can be shorter and overall height will be less).
Inside:                        47" (inside) wide x 44" (inside) Tall (ADJUSTABLE)
Top Shelf: Protrudes 18" (sticks off the wall)
Comes with lower Hearth plate (3 sections - 18” deep x 1.5” thick eased edge)!
