The Flat Face Pyramid Trigger reduces the 7.5 lb factory trigger pull significantly and is much more comfortable on your finger!
We redesigned the shape and contour of the original Pyramid Trigger to give it a Flat Face contemporary look and provide an even shorter trigger pull. Take a look at the cutaway design which shows off the safety. It features either a matching or contrasting insert color to fully compliment your custom build and is available in 216 different color combinations.

: Due to the wide variety of colors available, as well as the number of Glock models, our Pyramid Triggers are built to order. It may take up to 1-3 business days to build, test, and ship your trigger.
The Flat Face Pyramid Trigger is known for it's ergonomically shaped trigger shoe and trigger safety that is machined in the USA from aerospace aluminum. It is much more comfortable and responsive than the factory plastic trigger providing a shorter and crisper trigger pull.
Additionally, you'll notice our uniquely identified gold trigger bar is coated with Titanium Nitride. This coating is extremely hard and friction-free, which helps give the Pyramid Trigger a crisp, consistent, and even break… allowing you total control of your speed and accuracy.
The Deluxe Flat Face Pyramid Trigger for your G42/G43/43X/48 also includes the Double Diamond 3.5lb connector. This provides a lighter trigger pull than factory and a more positive reset.
Finally, we've included three precision springs to complete the package: A reduced power firing pin spring and reduced power safety plunger spring to further lighten the trigger pull and a pre-installed extra power trigger return spring to enhance trigger reset.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated during check out based on your delivery method and items purchased.
How much are taxes?
Sales tax is required to be charged for all California orders.
I live in the U.S. When will my order arrive?
We ship all domestic orders via USPS and shipping time depends on the method you've selected. We process orders within 24-48 hours after receipt, Monday through Friday. In most cases, orders received by 1 pm Pacific Standard Time on a weekday will be processed the same day. Post Office Box orders are shipped via USPS.
NOTE: Most of our products are shipped from the San Diego, CA area.  We do not ship on weekends. Items shipped overnight on Friday will arrive on MONDAY, weekends and holidays are not considered ‘transit days’.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
eBay does not allow any International orders for firearm related products.

Custom Gun Builds and Gunsmithing
Due to the nature of this work and the labor and parts that need to be custom fitted, there are no refunds on custom gun builds. Once you order the work to be performed there is no recourse or refund available. We do stand behind our work 100% and strive to produce quality items. However, we are human and mistakes sometimes happen....in this case, we will fix our mistake to your satisfaction. However, no refunds are available on Custom Gun Builds or Gunsmithing.
ORDER STATUS
Will I get an order confirmation?
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not have email, you will be given your order number when you place your phone order. Orders of in stock items placed before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday typically ship that day.
Will I get tracking information for my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from UPS or USPS with your tracking number. These emails sometimes get caught in spam, so if you don't receive it, you should check your spam/junk.
What if I order a few of things and one of them is on backorder?
No. You will be charged only once for shipping costs on your order. Any backorder shipping costs will be paid for by us.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
We accept exchanges and returns for 30 days* from the original ship date for non-defective items (i.e. size or color exchanges). Items must be UNUSED and UNWORN with the original product packaging. Items not returned with original packaging or in resalable condition may be charged up to a 15% restocking charge.
*UnderTech Undercover Ultimate Compression Shorts (items T0479 & T0546) can only be returned if UNOPENED. The Compression Shorts must be in the sealed packages as any package that has been opened cannot, by law, be accepted.
We REALLY encourage you to look at our sizing chart online to determine your correct size.
*Sonic Defenders (items SFEP3 & SFEP4) can only be returned if the bag is UNOPENED. The Sonic Defenders must be in the sealed packages as any package that has been opened cannot, by law, be accepted.

You can use any shipping method you would like to send things back to us, however, we recommend that you use a shipping provider that offers tracking and insurance capabilities, since we cannot take responsibility for return shipments that we do not receive. Please keep a copy of your tracking number. The shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility. A nominal return shipping fee of .50-.00 will be charged for size/color exchanges (based on the items size and weight).
For exchanges on defective items we will reimburse you for 1st Class, Priority and Ground shipping costs only, provided a copy of the shipping cost receipt is included.
Where do I send my Return/Exchange?
All returns/exchanges should be sent (with the RMA # on the exterior of the package) and a copy of your invoice along with what you’d like to return/exchange to:

When will you send my exchange? When will I get credit for my return?
Please note that exchanges will not be sent out until we've received the item back from your original order. A minimal shipping charge for your exchange will be charged to the Paypal order from the original purchase, as will any fees for additional items or more expensive items. Any credit due after an exchange will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.
For returns, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the purchase for the amount you paid for the garment. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We process returns and exchanges 2-3 times per week, so depending on when we receive it, your return/exchange will be processed within a few business days. Additionally, most credit card companies take 3-5 business days to post a transaction, so it could take a week after receipt of your return before you see the refund on your credit card.  If paid through Paypal, funds will normally show within 24 hours.
*Please note that normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered.
DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Contact us right away if your shipment arrived damaged or has been lost/stolen.
Remember to save all packaging material. We will begin the claim process immediately.
Replacement orders cannot be processed until the completion of the shipping carrier’s investigation.
