    Description

Early 1860s "AQUA / MASTER / INK" Bottle.
Not seen to many of these early master inks in aqua, as most are colored. Excavated from a pit with mostly pontiled bottles, this one just missed it. Hand blown into a three part mold in aqua colored glass, circa early 1860s. Has a crude applied pour spout top and a concave smooth base with a raised dot in the middle. Size is 7-3/4" tall x 2-5/8" wide. Light scratching but no chips, cracks, staining or repairs.
