    The mantel is brand new, shipped from the manufacturer. Comes as a kit with surround and top shelf. and hearth. IF YOU DO NOT NEED HEARTH CONTACT ME. PRICE WILL BE ADJUSTED TO ALLOW FOR NO HEARTH. Hearth is 68" from left to right and 20" deep.
    Sourround is designed to be adjustable, so it can easily be cut down to work with most factory built gas fireplaces. Sourround comes with an interior
    maximum
    opening 42" wide x 36" tall. It is easily adjustable to smaller fireplaces with two simple straight line cuts. The surround is designed to wrap around the black metal of your factory built gas fireplace. The top shelf IS NOT adjustable and is 66" long x 6" deep. Unit is also factory finished in a natural cream color to blend with any room color setting.
