Gorgeous Deep Teal 8 sided Umbrella ink Bottle Open Pontil

Up for bid is a very nice umbrella ink from the 1840s-1850s. The glass is a deep rich teal blue with a slight touch of green. This bottle has 8 heavily whittled panels, a perfect open pontil scar on the base, and a crude rolled lip. The bottle stands 2 3/8" tall X 2 3/16" across base. The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, open bubbles, pot stone issues, heavy wear, etc. Just a slight touch of interior dust / dirt that should wash right out. A great ink in a beautiful color! If anyone has any questions please ask.
