8' sectional floor beam consist of: two 4' beams connected with 1 stainless steel bracket. Redwood cross feet.

FAQ answers:
How is the beam made?
All of our beams are made of wood core wrapped with 2-layer synthetic suede fabric and ¼” foam padding on top surface. Risers have rubber end caps and padding. They are very nicely built and will last for a long time.
Is the 2-pc sectional stronger than 1-pc continuous beam?
It is different. One continuous beam is easier to move around. But with sectional with the middle 3rd riser, it can take heavier weight.
Why do I need 12' beams?
12' provide longer work out length that student can practice combo moves.  The 8' sectional can be converted to one 4' short beam if your space is limited.
How many packages for each model?
Sectional beams are in 1 box.  Continuous beam with risers has 2 boxes and may arrived at 2 different days. Shipping may be from west coast or east coast pending on your location. We normally ship the beams out within 1 business day.
Do you have a store or website?
Yes, we do. However, we cannot post our direct contact information due to eBay policy.  Should you need to contact us or need a pick-up assistance, look us up at Gym2Dance. We are in Los Angeles area.
What is your return policy?
100% full refund if it is never opened and within 30 days.  If it is opened and never been used, we will charge 20% fee for re-inspection for resale later. If it used or assembled, then we will charge 60% fee because it cannot be sold again (we usually dispose the beam after received used beam). Buyer pays for return postage. Note: typically, it is more economical for buyer to keep the beam in this case as the postage will cost more than refund amount.  No return after 30 days.
What about receiving a damaged box?
Let us know right away and please send your telephone number and photo of the damage.  We will take care of your issue quickly.
Are there videos and assembly instructions?
YouTube link to the assembly instructions are on our website.  When you received the package, there are information on where to download the instruction.  We do not use paper instruction anymore.  There are more videos on the way.

Payment and
Shipping
We will only ship to the eBay address.  If you need to ship to different address, you must change your eBay address first before purchasing.  Once the item is shipped with the UPS, there will be extra cost for address change.
When payment received, shipping will be made within 1 business day or less.
Will Call or Pick Up is available if you are in Los Angeles or Orange County area
We only ship within 48 continental US.  No shipping is available to Hawaii, AK, PR, Canada, or International. Shipment may be shipped from east coast warehouse or west coast warehouse.  Some model beam and riser are shipped separately and most likely arrive at different time.
