International Harvester produced these cast iron bookends in 1984 as they concluded operations at their Louisville, KY foundry. This pair was personalized for John Alexander Otte, who served as IH's Pattern Shop Superintendent during his 39 year tenure at the company. Condition: Very good condition overall with some normal signs of surface wear. Any bright white spots that you see may be studio light glare. Age: Dated 1984. Country of Origin: Made in the U.S.A. Material: Cast Iron. Measurements: Each is roughly 5¾" x 2¼" x 6½" tall.
