The item appears to me to either be in lightly used condition or possibly never used, but does show some cosmetic wear with a few scratches, rub wear, scuff marks, edges of label and bar code stickers coming off, nicks, light dings, and possibly other general wear. The metal match holder has a hole at the top in order to mount the holder to a wall or other surface. No mounting hardware is included. The item was made in China for Case Corporation and features an International Harvester logo sticker or decal on it's front.
