International Harvester Vintage Wall Clock. Condition is "Used". The original ballast quit working, so I had a new one installed. The knob that moves the clock hands works, but takes some work. The face has a stain around number 7. I will ship FedEx ground tracked and insured for free. Keep in mind that the neon is sandwiched between the glass and facing making shipping a little sketchy. It will be packaged securely, but I can’t protect the neon like I would like.
