The Jetsons Lunch Box & Thermos 1963 Aladdin Metal Vintage.
Before I start the description of the Jetsons lunch box, I’d like to alert potential buyers to future auctions as I sell off my collection - one kit per week on average.

Everything on the Jetsons’ lunch box is present and in working order (latches, handle attachments, wire thermos holder, etc.)
In the next paragraph, I will do my best to describe the lunchbox flaws.
The front (latch side) has a few light scratches and a dent underneath George on the TV screen.
Both ends of the dome box show edge wear. The dimples on the bottom of the box have the paint rubbed off. The back side of the kit has two dents in the dome lid. The lower back side has a dent between Jane and her family. The lunch box rocks lightly on the shelf. I believe this stems from the heavy wear to the dimples on the bottom of the box.
Does this sound bad? I’m trying to be thorough in my description of the flaws so there are no (bad) surprises for you. Please look at the pics, and you can see the beauty of this lunch kit. It is almost 60 years old. These sets are hard to find!
I bought the lunchbox and thermos separately more than 20 years ago. I do not remember the transaction for the lunch box, but I do remember that the seller described the thermos as “minty”, and that description fits!
The thermos looks very, very good! I see one scratch on George’s pants and the bottom of the thermos bottle is lightly tarnished. If not for those two flaws, the thermos looks new!
