For the Godsmack collector who thinks he has everything, I am guessing you do not have a pyro special effects booklet for the Godsmack 2003 Tour.  This particular booklet was for the June 8, 2003 concert in Oklahoma City at the Oklahoma City Zoo Amphitheatre as part of KATTfest.  I picked this up, along with some pyro manuals for some other artists' concerts including Def Leppard, Ozzy Osbourne, and Destiny's Child at an estate sale for a guy who was a local licensed professional that worked on the backstage crew.
