This is a nice old toy hard-to-find Goofy on Hippo Ramp Walker made by the Marx Toy Company in the 1960s. The toy walks along when put on an incline.  It is in sturdy vintage shape with nice color retention.  There are small paint loss flecks and there is a flaw on the hippo's right rear rump.  This toy measures about 2 3/4 inches tall and 3 inches long.   A leader string is attached.
