Vintage South Street Seaport Pennant 26.5"

Description

This vintage pennant has pin holes, see photos, measurements are in the photos.  It has its wrinkles.
The tip is not perfect.
I DO NOT ROLL them up or BEND THEM, I basically keep them flat, then place them in cardboard and that is how they are sent.
